FAMILY SESSION | INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY WINNER | MANCHESTER STATE PARK | PORT ORCHARD, WA

Back in May, I ran a free photoshoot giveaway on Instagram, and I was thrilled when Emily was selected as the winner. We finally made it happen in June at one of my favorite spots in Kitsap County—Manchester State Park in Port Orchard, WA.

The day was every bit the classic PNW summer mood—a somewhat heavy rain had just passed through, leaving the trees fresh and the air crisp. I was a bit nervous on my drive there that we were gonna be rained out but even with the cooler weather, the park had its signature charm: lush greens & textures.

Emily and Eli arrived with their family ready to go, and from the first few frames, I knew we were going to capture something special. The session felt easy and joy-filled, with lots of natural laughter and relaxed, candid moments. I always aim to create space for my clients to just be themselves—and this one leaned right in.
